    IAFI organized the 4th national workshop on WRC preparation in New Delhi, where the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) Secretary encouraged stakeholders to enhance their involvement in International Telecommunication Union (ITU) activities. The DoT Secretary emphasized the significance of WRC-23, which is anticipated to determine the agenda for WRC-27, marking the first allocation of spectrum for 6G.     The 29th meeting of the APT Wireless Group (AWG-29) concluded with the approval of the new APT 600MHz band plan, providing an additional 40+40 MHz prime UHF spectrum. IAFI actively participated by submitting six contributions to AWG-29, addressing various aspects, including proposals for WI-FI-6e.
