Had been a senior ITS officer with DOT/BSNL/MTNL and also with private sector after retirement, with deep and broad experience of 53 years in Telecom/Networking field encompassing all functions.

• Expert in regulatory and techno-commercial functions in Telecom field through Liaison & representation with DOT, TEC, TRAI, TERM, USOF-HQ, WPC, BSNL and MTNL etc. at Delhi/HQ & at all India level to transform and catalyze the Telecom services.

• Successfully synergized Network Roll out with respect to Leased lines, TERM Testing, Passive/active Infrastructure sharing and also CMRTS Licensing & importing issues etc., particularly in the area of Mobile/Broadband and CMRTS Communications.

• Co-ordination with DOT, TEC, TRAI, BSNL and MTNL etc.: 17 years’ experience at Country Level as Consultant and dealing & resolving the Regulatory & Techno-commercial issues relating to POI, IUC and Lease Lines in case of Fixed, Mobile, Broad-band, NLD ILD and CMRTS systems.

• Technical experience at DOT: More than 15 years of Senior Management/ Technical work involving meetings in TEC DCC/TCC core working group, Drawing Technical test schedules, specifications, coordination of testing and acceptance of equipments at all India level.

• Field experience in DOT: 17 years of work of Senior/middle Management in Development, planning and installation of various telecom systems/equipment in Maharashtra, MP and in North Eastern States (including Meghalaya, Arunachal, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura).

• Academic Experience: 4 years role as Faculty in National Advanced Telecommunications Training centre.

• Had been the part of core group in TEC, for drawing the specifications of GSM system in country.

• Successfully Executed and commissioned of Underground Transmission links in record time in MP/Maharashtra thus saved time and money
